1. 1. Promotion

2. 2. The Promotion is applicable to valid UnionPay Cards. The
   qualified transaction must be settled in full payment via UnionPay network.

   include all Watami Japanese Dining, KYO WATAMI and PASTAHOLIC Hong Kong
   outlets.

4. 4. Cardholders liked UnionPay
   International-Hong Kong Facebook and Watami Japanese Casual Restaurant Hong
   Kong Facebook or Pastaholic Hong Kong Facebook Pages are entitled to enjoy Dine-in and Takeaway offers. The Dine-in offer is
   HK$100 instant discount off upon Grand menu order of HK$500 or above; or HK$50 instant discount off upon Grand menu order of HK$300 or above. The Takeaway offer is order Bento to get Free
   Drink and 15% off upon net order of HK$200 or above (Applicable to Watami / KYO
   WATAMI); or order Pasta / Pizza to get Free Drink and 15% off upon net order of
   HK$200 or above (Applicable to PASTAHOLIC).

5. 5. Cardholders are required to present UnionPay
   Card, show UnionPay International-Hong Kong Facebook and Watami Japanese Casual
   Restaurant Hong Kong Facebook or Pastaholic Hong Kong Facebook Pages being
   liked and state the use of Privileges before ordering.

6. 6. Promotion Offer cannot be used in conjunction
   with lunch menu sets, tea menu sets, other
   promotional sets, discounts, promotional offer.

7. 7. Split transactions will not be accepted.

8. 8. Promotion Offer can be used once only for each
   table in each transaction.

9. 9. The Dine-in offer is applicable on Mondays to
   Fridays after 5pm, Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holidays after 11:30am (offer
   depends on the time when customers are seated). The Takeaway offer is
   applicable on Mondays to Sundays after 11:30am.

10. 10. The Takeaway
    offer cannot be used in conjunction with OpenRice Takeaway Order Platform and
    Online Self-Order Platform.

11. 11. Food and Drink must
    be selected in Takeaway menu to enjoy the Takeaway offer.
