Veeko Group (Veeko) was established in 1984 by Mr. Cheng Chung Man, Johnny to design, manufacture and wholesale ladies’ apparel under the brandname Veeko.

Three years later in 1987, Mr. Cheng launched a fashion line for working women under the brandname Wanko given the surge in demand for executive ladies’ wear.

Sales of Veeko and Wanko in Hong Kong skyrocketed that the Group in 1988 increased production, but lowered costs by shifting its manufacturing operation to the factories located in the mainland China.

Recognizing promising potential in the retail business, Mr. Cheng opened three retail outlets in Hong Kong in 1990.

On 19th April, 1999, Veeko International Holdings Limited was successfully listed on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (Stock Code: 1173), which ensured the market status of Veeko Group with great meaning.

With its methodical expansion based on comprehensive analysis and real demand, Veeko Group today 81 Veeko and Wanko stores, most of which are located in Hong Kong and Macau.

The Group has long been seeking other expansion and development opportunities in retail business with high value-adding prospects. In October 2004, the Group has launched its chain cosmetics retail business and established the Colourmix stores. As at today, the Group has a total of 75 Colourmix stores, most of which are located in Hong Kong and Macau.

In August 2015, the Group has established another cosmetics store namely MORIMOR. As at today, 5 MORIMOR stores have been set up in Hong Kong and Macau.

in addition to 20% Discount offer. For the avoidance of doubt, the above net
prices are calculated by HKD or MOP with exchange rate of 1:1.

Offer Rules:

1. The Promotion is valid from 2nd July 2020 to 31st March 2023 (Both days inclusive)
2. During the promotion period, qualified UnionPay cardholders can enjoy a 6% discount off when spending HKD/MOP1,000 at Colourmix/MORIMOR stores at Hong Kong and Macau with cross-marketing special u•plan coupon. After the cash deduction, if you go to Veeko or Wanko stores in Hong Kong and Macau to spend the designated product for HKD/MOP 2,000 (discounted price) or more, you can enjoy an extra 5% in addition to 20% Discount offer. For the avoidance of doubt, the above net prices are calculated by HKD or MOP with exchange rate of 1:1.
3. Each Colourmix/MORIMOR and Veeko/Wanko cross-marketing special u•plan e-Coupon can only be used once at max 2 stores and split purchase is not allowed. The u•plan e-Coupon itself has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
4. The validity period is shown on each u•plan e-Coupon. Only one u•plan e-Coupon can be applied for each transaction.
5. This offer is not applicable to purchase of gift voucher, items under the joint-promotion package and specified products (identified by special price tag), and not with any Colourmix/MORIMOR and Veeko/Wanko VIP card membership discount or promotional offers. 
6. Except the above Point 5, The Offer can be used in conjunction with other UnionPay offers.
7. If the amount of the merchandise after return does not reach the designated amount of the promotion, customer will not be able to enjoy this e-Coupon Offer.

9. Colourmix, Veeko and UnionPay International have the absolute right to interpret these terms and conditions. If any amend these terms and conditions, without any prior notice.
10. Should here be any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and the Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
