Conditions of
participation:
– Make an online
payment with use of a UnionPay credit card or debit card to pay for the price

– Customer who
makes a “Successful Transaction”2 with use of a UnionPay
credit card or debit card to pay for goods or services with a minimum purchase
of 1,000 THB or more on one of the Designated Websites within the Promotion
Period will get an Grab e-Voucher Promo Code valued 200 THB per 1 Successful
Transaction.
– The customers
who are within the first 2,000 entries that completely satisfy the conditions
set out above within the Promotion Period will receive the prizes according to
the conditions set out by the company, based on a first-come, first-served
basis. The company reserves the right to award not more than 2,000 prizes
throughout the Promotion Period.
– The customers are entitled to receive prizes
for Promotion 1 and/or Promotion 2, combined not more than 3 prizes per month
throughout the campaign period.

issuing bank or financial institution had authorized the transaction in order
to debit the amount form the cardholder’s credit card or debit card account, as
applicable, to pay to the seller of the relevant goods and/or services provided
that the authorization or rejection of an online payment transaction is subject
to the rules set out by the relevant card issuing bank or financial institution.
Announcement:
The
company will announce the names of the customers who won the prizes (the “Winners”)
via www.2c2p.com/unionpay/2021/promotion.html, according to the following
schedule: – For the Successful Transaction made during 1 –
30 November 2021, the Winners will be announced on 7 December 2021.
– For the Successful Transaction made during 1 – 31 December
2021, the Winners will be announced on 10 January 2022.
– For the
Successful Transaction made during 1 – 31 January 2022, the Winners will be
announced on 11 February 2022.
Delivery of
Prizes:
– The company
will deliver the prize to the respective Winner via e-mail to the e-mail
address that such respective Winner used in making the relevant Successful
Transaction within 7 working days after the date of the relevant announcement.
– In the case
that the e-mail address of the Winner that the company received is not correct,
the company reserves the right to decide whether to deliver the prize to such
Winner; in which event, the company has the right to use such prize for other
promotional activities or handle such prize in any manner as the company, in
its absolute discretion, sees appropriate.
– The Company reserves the right to deliver the
prize to each of the Winners only 1 time per 1 prize per 1 Winner unless it is
provable that there is a fault in delivery which occurred solely from the
action of the company and through no fault of such respective Winner.
Terms of use of e-Coupon:
– Can use up to 1 Grab e-Voucher Promo Code
(valued at 100 baht) to use as a discount when ordering food via GrabFood
service with a minimum order amount of 300 baht (delivery fee excluded). User
agrees to pay the difference after deducting the discount by UnionPay credit
card or debit card (limited to only those UnionPay cards that are issued by
UnionPay’s client banks or financial institutions within Thailand).

– Grab e-Voucher
Promo Code 1 Code has a limited amount as stated for one-time use and the
customer is entitled to use the Grab e-Voucher Promo Code as a discount only 1 time
per code. The Company and Grab are not responsible for the difference of
discounts that are not fully applied, and the difference cannot be retained for
other orders.
– If the discount
that the user receives is greater than the service fee each time, the user
agrees that the difference from the said discount cannot be exchanged into cash
or can be used as a discount for the next time.
– Grab e-Voucher
Promo Code cannot be used with other promotions or discounts unless otherwise
specified.
– Terms and
conditions regarding the use of the Grab e-Voucher Promo Code are as determined
by Grab. Grab reserves the right to change the conditions without prior notice.
– The customer
acknowledges and agrees that 2C2P (Thailand) Co., Ltd. will not be involved or
responsible for any dispute regarding the use of the Grab e-Voucher Promo Code.
