1. UnionPay Cardholders are provided a 25% discount when paying with valid UnionPay card for ZIMZOM via reservation https://zimzomair.com:444/unionpay/en/
2. UnionPay Diamond/Platinum card and Travel Mate Asia, Trip.com and Commercial card is eligible to use this service.
3. Regular price is for one luggage and the standard size for the travel luggage is below 28inch.
4.For travel luggage exceeding the standard size or for other goods, additional s urcharge will be applied and a 30% discount will be applied on the total amount.
5. This service must be booked at least two days prior to boarding or arrival. (For example, if you leave the country on January 29, 2019, you can apply by 18:00 on the 27th)
6. Reservation can be changed or canceled without any charge until 18:00 two days before the date of use.
7. We will contact you individually before pick up / delivery. If you are unable to contact, service may be canceled or delayed due to other pick up / delivering schedule.
8.If direct delivery or receipt is difficult, it is recommended that you leave it in a place where you can always pick up / deliver it (security room, nearby convenience store, etc.).
