specific Hong Kong and Macau card issuing institutions. Cardholders must
notify the usage of UnionPay Card when enjoying the offer. Payment should be
settled via UnionPay network to enjoy the offer.

3.     The
merchant offer cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotion, members’
privileges, discounts, promotional coupons, discounted and fixed-priced items
unless specified.

4.     The
offer carries no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or other offers.

5.     Each
customer can enjoy the offer once only in each transaction unless specified.
The offer is only available while stock lasts.

6.     The
offer is applicable to all outlets of merchants in Macau unless specified.

7.     UnionPay
International is neither vendor nor service provider, therefore will not take
any responsibility to the quality of the products and services provided by
the relevant merchants.

8.     In
case of disputes, the decisions of PORTUCAU shall be final and conclusive.
