Bochka is the first project by Andrey Dellos.
After opening its doors in 1996, the restaurant won the hearts of Moscow
community by its homemade delicious cuisine and a cozy atmosphere. In December
2010, Andrey Dellos introduced an upgraded Bochka to metropolitan gourmands.
The legendary restaurant’s interior suffered dramatic changes: the image of a
medieval tavern was substituted by a refined modern eclectic. The basis of
Bochka cuisine is meat and different ways of its preparation
